Intenationalization Contibution Scholarship Application for the 1st Semeseter of 2025

1. 활동 개요 Activity Overview 

  가.  활동 기간 Activity Period

   :  2025학년도 1학기 (First semester of the 2025 academic year) 

  나. 매칭 시스템 Matching System

  : 한국어 TOPIK 5급 혹은 6급의 동일 국적 유학생(재학생)  선배와 신입생 후배 1명~4명과 매칭

   Pairing of a senior international student of the same nationality with a TOPIK level 5-6 in Korean with 1 to 4 new junior students.

  다. 활동 시간 Activity Hours

  : 매주 5시간 ( 5 hours per week )

  라. 보고서 제출 Report Submission

  - 매달 4째주 금요일, 멘토는 활동보고서를 작성하여 이메일로 제출

•     Mentors must write and submit an activity report via email by the fourth Friday of each month.
     - 5월은 마지막 주 금요일이 아니라 5월 23일에 제출할 것)

•      For May, submit by May 23 instead of the last Friday)

마. 제출 마감 Submission Deadline

  - 2025년 6월 10일까지 ( By June 10, 2025 )

    ※ 마감기한까지 미제출 시 장학금 환수 대상이 될 수 있음

       Introduction to nearby convenience facilities

  라. 유학생활 꿀팁 제공

1.       Providing useful tips for international student life

3. 활동 보고서 작성 요령 (Guidelines for Writing Activity Reports)

  가. 매월 활동 내용 및 성과 기록(활동 사진 첨부 필수)

         Record the monthly activity content and achievements (must include activity photos)

  나. 신입생의 적응도 및 개선 사항 포함

         Include new students' adaptation levels and areas for improvement

4. 기타 주의사항 (Other Precautions)

  가. 모든 활동은 신입생의 원활한 학교 생활 적응을 목표로 함

        All activities aim to facilitate the smooth adaptation of new students to school life.
